When will my order be processed?

You can expect your order to be shipped within seven to ten business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Zone Computers wants to be sure your computer is built and tested by the highest standards. This is why we do not offer "same day shipping". Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
 

Can I get an Order Status?

Zone Computers will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.
 

Do offer any warranty with your PCs?

All items are guaranteed for 30 days from the original date of delivery to be in good working order. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipment for all returns, insured, via a carrier that provides for package tracking. We will repair or replace any defective items, and pay for return shipping to you.
